The Pizza Cookery is one of those places where you can say you never had anything that wasn’t great. No matter what kind of Italian food you favor, these guys make it, and make it well.

The House Salad: They keep it simple and it works wonders. Lettuce, tomato, garbanzo beans, gobs of fresh mozzarella and a house Italian dressing that you wish you could figure out how to make at home.

The Works Pizza: Layered expertly with everything in the kitchen, from sliced meatballs, pepperoni, and garden’s worth of vegetables. This is the best jumble of goodies served up on fresh dough and just the right amount of sauce.

And of course, the bread. Fresh pizza dough wrapped around fresh garlic and mozzarella cheese. Served with a monster side of whipped butter – good luck saying “no.”
